Build a system that allows you to:

Solution

The system uses cameras installed in each parking lot to monitor parking.
Automation eliminates the human factor, because the system can monitor all parking lots in the city through cameras and can control which places are paid and which are not.

We use off-the-shelf solutions from farrainbow.com in our products. They provide support, help in operation, and add features on request. I highly recommend using their components, there is no such thing in open-source.
